So I know the Air Force and the US government have said time and time again that the majority of UFO reports are bogus or that they are in fact unidentified flying objects, but they can be proven as they can be identifiable at some point. Right.

Now we're going to be talking about 1:00 today that everyone has heard about. I I assume you've heard about, but at the end of this episode, Alicia. Yeah. I'm gonna try to freak your freak. Oh my God, it's we're already there. Let me be honest, my freak is frock 'cause I. I'm gonna show you something I don't think you've ever seen before.

And you have no control. There's zero control. Yeah. And we both know that you and I can't. I mean, there's like drugs we can't do because we aren't in control. Yes, we don't like it. Don't like it.

So in December of 2017, the New York Times publishes an article that describes and details the real life X-Files in the US government. Now, this is what blows the lid off of UFOs in America, right? Yeah. I mean this is the trigger. It was the trigger. Like we're not talking. We're not talking about like, umm, like USA TODAY or like, umm, yeah. National Enquirer.

Like like full on X-Files department in the government in the government. It's for real. I I do wanna believe. I do wanna believe. And. And like, the thing about that was this this article? Yeah, It was written legitimately with sources that were. And you've said before like there is no journalist on this planet that wants to willingly talk about UFOs because they will be blacklisted.

5:43 Yes, you do get blacklisted. And there is no news outlet in America that wants to publish something that's not provable because they will be out of business. Yeah. I mean, you talk about Linda Moulton Howe and like George Nori, both of these people really put or George Knapp, excuse me, they both put their lives and their careers on the line because like, something's happening here. Yes, and a lot of this information that I'm going to get actually comes from George Knapp. You know, he he wanted to blow this story. He heard that they were going to blow this story and he already had this information but doing it for ever and he wanted to blow it and he but he called the House, the Senate House Majority Leader at the time.

They were kind of close friends that he had been talking to him and the I'll I'll say his name later and you guys will know what I'm talking about. James Mattis, Secretary of Defense. No, no, no, that's not who it was anyway. Sorry. So anyway, so he but the guy goes, you're not the times don't do it. It's don't do it, but the times do it. Because there's some legitimacy, because George Knapp also, you know, it's funny, it's like now people are like, oh, yeah, maybe George Knapp wasn't a fucking kook. But like, George Knapp also was the same one who spoke about Element 115 and with what's his name, like the guy who worked at A at Los Alamos or whatever. Area 51, Yeah.

Like this guy has been at the forefront for this alien stuff for a while. I cannot imagine. Sources. Legitimate sources, but he's already been left but blacklisted. Who's going to listen to him? Like people are like it's the same thing is same dog and pony show. We've seen this before. You keep on saying these things, but nothing's materialized. Makes sense, right? But now, now we have material. We have material. And so, so there's a six. So they find out there's a six in the $600 billion depart Defense Department budget. 600 billion.

What is fascinating about it is the Pentagon acknowledged it for the first time ever. People, they acknowledged it. It's real. This is a fiction. It's a it's a department called a tip. Yes. Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, this is where this $22 million was going and two branches of this a tip which we will talk about in a second.

And this is where they focused. Why did they focus? Because you are dealing with people who who have been vetted, who have clearance, who are not crazy, who we depend on to save our life, who have the keys and the buttons to very individual. They are reliable people. And when they tell you A, you believe a.

So that's why they start with the government. And this program was largely kick started by money pushed through the Senate by Harry Reid. Harry Reid. Yes, He's the Nevada, Nevada Democratic cynic Majority Leader at the time. And he gets all this money pushed through in secret because he doesn't want public debate on it, right? Yeah. So therefore, the public at this point does not know where the money is being spent.

10:28 And we're actually going to talk about a thing in a second where there was many senators that didn't know about this money, some money. It's going to get kind of juicy here in a second. And so this article was the first time that everyone is on record, the Senate, Harry Reid, the Department of Defense, the Pentagon, like all these people. So the guy, there's a guy named Louis Elizondo, who was the director of that division. Yeah, ATAP, ATAP. And he retires two months before this story comes out.

11:11 Yeah. So he writes a letter to the Secretary of Defense, James Mattis, and he's stating he's quitting because there aren't enough resources to handle what he considers to be a threat. Like, I mean, seems legitimate. There's a legitimate threat that we don't understand how to fight, but he doesn't feel like he has the resources to to deal with it and This is why he quits. I don't buy it. Just saying that's just me with my little you. Know OK, what do you think? What do you think happened? Not that.

But to say I'm going to quit because I'm, I mean, I've, I've been frustrated at work before. I'm sure you have two where people don't give you the resources you need to do your job and it's very frustrating. I don't know, like in that position, like would you quit because you weren't given the resources to to? You know, I mean, great question. I think I, I look back at my job and I'm like, OK, what am I doing? I'm not saving the world.

And he was like, oh, never know. There's a lot of legitimacy and there's a lot of stonewalling, it seems like here. So like what? I quit one. I'd be like, fuck this. I've been trying to change it from the inside out. Like this is not working and nobody's listening to me.

It is enormous dump of the declassified documents the CIA had to declassified. It's available on the Internet. What? Oh my God, look at me. I'm just like sitting here adding it to my. Right, yeah, Now you're going to be be careful, monitored, and it's all thanks to a guy by the name of John Greenwald Junior, who was one of those dogs with a bone when it comes to stuff.

So, you know, kind of like I said before, and, and Alicia has mentioned this before with the journalists not wanting to cover stuff because they get pigeon holed or blacklisted or stereotyped as a crazy person or whatever. But thank God there's some reporters that stuck to their guns. And thank God for the New York Times who allowed them to do that so that they could prove their case and get this published. Yeah. Otherwise we'd still be going. The new government could be going.

Like can you fucking what are?

And like, all of a sudden you'd see something for like a fraction of a second and then it would like, go back into, Oh my gosh, I'm with you. God, hold it still, please. So, as I mentioned, you know, many of the things that AATIP was investigating was the military reports of the UFOs.

18:18 Well, not only did they have people that they knew they could trust, they had some good footage. We need that. We need that. Can I get an Amen right exactly. And now and we've we've seen a lot the three main videos, we've all seen them. If you're interested in this at all, you've seen the three main videos that we're talking about and it was part of this data dump. And there's one where these they caught, they catch the little dots speeding across the the top of the water and they finally target onto it and they're following it right? Steady, really fast across the water. Have you seen that one?

18:59 It's the Tic Tac, yeah. And then we have two like the separate Tic Tacs, like the one with the little tic Tac shape thing. And they're kind of, you know, in the air. There's there's two different ones. And we're gonna talk about the events of the Tic Tac video and this and how it happened and the events that occurred before, during and after. So a guy by the name of Kevin Day was a chief radar operator on the USS Princeton. This is in 2004, by the way. This video happened. This all happened. Tic Tac happened in 2004, people.

19:40 This wasn't last year. It was 20 years ago, 20 years ago, so still be buried I'm sure. For sure, yeah. Had this all not come out. OK. So on November 10th of 2004, there's it's called the I think it's the Nimitz. I think it's how you pronounce it. There's a strike group and they're like 100 miles southwest of San Diego. And Kevin notices these really strange what they call tracks off of Catalina. And they call them tracks because they're looking at the radar and when they see things they are, they're moving obviously, right? And so that's they call those tracks. And so their IDE job is to identify what those are. And this was a group of objects that he's seeing. It's about 28,000 feet altitude going at 100 knots. Now that is very slow.

20:49 So what makes it unusual is that something that high going that slow would fall out of the. Sky, right? That doesn't make any sense. The the way that we understand physics. Precisely. So he's like, OK, this is an anomaly. I've got to figure out what these things are. Yeah. So he goes up to CIC, which is Compact Combat Information Center, and he goes up there and he's standing next to a guy that they called the AAWC, which is the anti air warfare coordinator. Now the anti air warfare coordinator is the guy with the button like he's the one that will shoot the ship.

21:31 Oh yeah. Right, everything on the ship is automated, except nothing is automatic. It always it takes them a person. To actually physically push the button to decide make the decision. Yes. So it takes, like I said, a person like Kevin Day and this AWC guy to go, OK, should we push the button? Like is it real? What is it blah blah blah blah blah? Well, this is the first time in Kevin's career that he has never, ever been able to identify something he's always been able to identify. Something. Yeah. He's like, OK, that's just the ship. Oh, it's this. Thing.

22:12 Yeah, like we've seen this before. This is the first time in his career never been able to figure it out. So there's this other guy called Gary Voorhees. He's a radar operator, also a computer technician. He's also on the USS Princeton. So he confirms Kevin's report to the letter, to the absolute letter. And he said these tracks were flying on and off like this for seven days. They'd appear, they'd disappear. And then after about the third day, Gary's had, they had these really, really big binoculars. They called them big eyes. And he's like, I wonder if I could go see them. Yeah, with my binoculars.

22:58 And so he goes and he looks, and sure as shit he sees this little silver tic tac shaped thing off the horizon. So it's it's visible to the naked eye, it's not just on radar. Through the binoculars. Yeah, you could see it on the binoculars. You could see it through the radar. Yes, this thing is there for sure. For sure there. Yeah. And he could see it hover and then it would go and it would go off to the left and they would go stop and and it would go back to the right. And it just kept doing this and they would disappear. In a regular pattern, yes. It's like it's going to a place. It's just like going from 1 area to the next, which is bizarre. No destination.

23:43 So now they're starting to get concerned and Kevin says to the captain, well, you know, maybe we should get some birds up in the air and just go see what's going on. Sure. And so they do. They get some planes up in the air and there's a guy named David Fraver who's one of the pilots. Yes. And so he goes in and he does what they called this merge plot, which is really. I'm still confused by it, but it has something to do with two objects occupying the same vertical space. And by doing that, it makes like a 2D object appear like one object. It's, it's really fascinating.

24:23 I, I didn't quite fully understand it, but it's how they kind of do their business, right? And so they're looking to, they're looking at what they can figure out and they're seeing whitewater. Like if you were to take your finger in sand and draw it in sand, or like you were a big giant and you were drawing your hand in the water and how it does the whitewater trail. They were seeing this happening real time. The fuck? And it's exactly what they were. Say they would see this silver. They said it was like 40 feet long. They estimated to be about 40 feet in length, which that's big.

Flying above the surface of the water, so close that if you imagine if a jet was flying right over the water, how it would disturb the water and create that white water effect. That's what this thing was doing. But what made a difference was that it was not going in a straight line. It would go north-south, you'd go for a while, left, then you go right, then go up, go forward, north-south. And it would just kept doing these really weird sharp fast movements. So the pilot goes, did you do you see that? Do you see that? And he goes, I'm gonna go investigate.

25:46 So he turns, he goes to investigate it. And a few minutes later he hears the other pilot go, I'm engaged. I'm engaged, I'm engaged. What? Meaning this other, this tic tac was like engaging with it. And he was like doing this dog fight with this other with this plane. Oh. No. So now they're actually interacting with this thing. It's not like they're both hallucinating with the exact same event, right? So while the this all the while this ship is watching all of this on radar. So they're going. Like what is? What is going on? Right now. What are we supposed?

26:26 To say they would also see the this spacecraft appearing and disappearing and making this up turns and doing all this weird ship and suddenly the the this TikTok, this ship shoots in front of one of The Jets, goes right up in front of it so that he can see it and then off into space. Gone, gone, gone, gone. People are like, OK, what just happened? Like what was that? What? What did we just witness? What was that? Yeah, like, OK, so I have a question as far as like that dog or like the engagement or dogfight or whatever, is that is that considered like hostile?

27:10 Hell yeah. Did they consider it hostile? OK, so like this thing is engaging with us and is acting hostilely towards us like it's trying to fight us. Or yeah, so I yeah, if you don't, if you have an unidentified ship tailing you, that's hostile. Right. That's how they view it. I I'm like sitting here, like not as a military personnel. I'm like, maybe they're just curious. Yeah. Well, they probably. Were right, yeah. But yeah, think of it. Think of it from their perspective. You got someone unified thing chasing you that that's not. It's not and. It's moving like quickly and like. Yeah, matching you. Yeah, that's. Matching your pace and probably could outpace you. Yeah.

Now back at the, he's always been at the ship, but he is where you are now, back at the ship we are as an audience. And he goes up to a machine called this Rd. 390. And what this thing does is it captures all external communications, all communications on an optical disk so that if something like this ever happens, they have proof like invest investigators could go back and they can look at it and they can watch it and they can, you know, see stuff. Sure. It meant it's all on an optical disk. So I guess he, I guess he had from my understanding, he goes there to make sure that that was all together and you know, there and yada, yada, yada.

28:46 Well, he goes back up into the combat area and in his his exact words were all the I got up there, all the comms were gone. What does that mean? It means that all activity related to this event, all communications are gone. Disappeared, gone like it never happened, right? That's suspicious. That's that's suspicious. So he could tell he was looking at the lead, what he, he, he said the he was looking at the lead technician and he, he could tell by the way that the lead technician was looking at him that he knew what had happened, why it was missing, but he couldn't say. And so Kevin is telling is speak, saying to the reporter, well, I hope, I don't want to say his name. I hope he comes forward and says what happened. Snitches get stitches, and Kevin was not going to get a stitch. OK, right.

So Gary is talking and Gary says that right after this event happened, a helicopter lands on the ship. Two guys get out dressed in plain clothes like you and I like, not men in black shit. Right. Normal clothes. They're not military clothes. No St. civilian street clothes. Yes.

So they, within about 20 minutes of landing, Gary is instructed to go get all the ship, optical disc, all that stuff, bring it up to the commander and the captain of the ship. He gets every little bit of it. He's that's what he's told. Every little thing that can contain this event, we need to capture it now. So in your mind, like in my mind, I'd be like, yeah, we got to, we got to get all this together. This is fucking insane.
